No. The Money Manager Card program works just like direct deposit. If you offer direct deposit to your employees there is no change to your payroll system.

The employee fills out a form and gives it to your Payroll/HR personnel and the card is ordered through our customized internet portal.

Yes. Direct Benefits takes security very seriously. The cards are backed by Visa’s Zero Liability policy The cards are shipped with an activation sticker. Cardholder have to positively identify themselves in order to activate the card. Unactivated cards will be declined at the point of sale or at ATMs.
Once cards have been issued to employees it becomes their property. If an employee leaves they are free to take the card with them and use with another employer.
