We designed the features of the Money Manager Card program with two principles: Access to cash should be free and access to information should be free to help you manage your money better and smarter.

Features	Comments
No Monthly Fee	Unlike other payroll card programs the Money Manager Card does not have monthly maintenance fee on your account.
Free Teller "assisted" withdrawals	You can withdraw cash at any United States bank that accepts Visa® cards without a fee. You need to present your Money Manager Card with proper I.D (drivers license or other government I.D.) to receive funds.
Always Free Allpoint Network ATM withdrawals	Always Free means you can use the Allpoint Network and never be charged. Always Free is important because it lets you withdraw only the cash you need without worrying about fees.
No Overdraft Fee	The Money Manager Card is designed to reject transactions that would cause your card to have a negative balance. Therefore you cannot overdraft your account. You can only spend money that you have on the card. Note: Some merchants put a hold on your account that will effect your available balances. Read more about holds in the Helpful Hints.
Free PIN Point of Sale Cash Back	ATMs are not always available. So when you are shopping at most grocery stores or drug stores, you can get free cash back by selecting "debit" and using your PIN.
Free Bank Account Transfer	Sometimes you need to move money to a bank account for savings or perhaps you have a friend in need of money. You can send money to a bank account, using your online Money Manager Card account, (allow two to three days to process) as long as it is to a United States bank account.
Free Point of Sale (POS) Transactions	If you want to sign for your purchases, you can. If you want to use your PIN number to purchase, you can. Using your Money Manager Card instead of cash is smart because it helps you keep track of what you are spending your money on.
Free Card to Card Transfers	If a friend or a relative has a Money Manager Card you can transfer money to them online or over the telephone.
Toll-Free 800 number	Using the toll free number is a great way to check your balance before you use your Money Manager Card. You can also talk to customer service free if you have a question or problem with your account.
